Projet GH does not employ, represent, recommend, certify or vet contractors, suppliers or trades, and receives no referral fee or commission from them.

Projet GH gives no guarantee as to the availability, licensing, pricing, quality, timeliness or performance of any contractor. Your contract is with the contractor you select, and any warranty or recourse arises from that contract and from applicable law.

Actual construction costs vary based on site conditions, specifications, labour, materials, timing and contractor pricing, and may differ significantly from any range provided.

Projet GH makes no representation that any particular price, saving or outcome will be achieved.

Your responsibility for decisions

All decisions relating to your project — including the scope of work, the selection of a contractor, the contract you sign, the materials chosen and the amounts you agree to pay — are yours alone.

Projet GH advises; it does not decide, negotiate, contract or act on your behalf.

The quality of the advice depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information and documents you provide. You are responsible for ensuring that what you submit is accurate and that you have the right to share it.

You remain responsible for obtaining any permit, authorization or approval required for your project.

Intellectual property
