From your first question to a decision you can defend
The process is deliberately simple. There is no site visit from a crew, no estimate to sign and no obligation at any step. What changes between step one and step five is how much you understand about your own project.
You share your project
Use the intake form, or simply write to us. Tell us what you are planning, where the property is, and where you are in the process. Everything you send stays private.
We review the details
Your information and documents are read in detail: scope, materials, allowances, exclusions, payment structure and anything that appears to be missing from the picture.
We talk it through
A working consultation by phone or video. The findings are explained in plain language, your questions are answered, and the trade-offs are laid out as they actually are.
You receive written guidance
A written summary of what was reviewed, what stands out, what appears to be missing, and the specific questions worth putting to your contractor in writing.
You make the decision
You choose the contractor, the scope and the timing. Projet GH remains available for follow-up questions as the project moves forward.
What to send in step one
None of this is mandatory. Send what you have — the review adapts to it.
- A short description of the work you are planning
- The city or postal code of the property
- Any contractor quotes or estimates you have received
- Plans, drawings or sketches, even hand-drawn ones
- Photos of the existing space
- The budget range you have in mind, even an approximate one
- The timeline you are hoping for

Projet GH does not sign contracts, does not hire contractors and does not supervise the work. Every decision remains yours — the difference is that you make it with the document read, the numbers understood and the questions asked.
